摘要
针对南方免少耕水田土壤根茬含量高,开沟刀具不易切割的问题,在摆锤式冲击试验台架上,对根茬-土壤复合体进行了剪切试验。试验结果表明:切割5 cm厚的南方免少耕水田土壤大约需要消耗能量6.6 J,此时切割刃的线速度为2.90 m/s,扭矩为18.44 N·m。该试验结果可为南方水田土壤免少耕驱动式开沟器的设计与改进提供依据。
In view of the high content of soil stubble and the difficulty of the cutting trenching tool in the southern no-tillage paddy field, the shear test of the stubble-soil complex was carried out on the pendulum impact test bench. The test results show that the energy required to cut the soil of 5 cm thick south of the no- tillage paddy field is about 6.6 J. At this time,the linear velocity of the cutting edge is 2.90 m/s and the torque is 18.44 N·m. The test results can provide a basis for the improvement and design of the no-tillage driven furrow opener in the southern paddy field.
