摘要
针对当前集约化养殖舍精准通风控制方式存在的通风不均匀、通风等级之间过渡不平缓的问题,分析了传统控制方法的缺点及原因。对负压反馈通风控制方法进行研究,以改进当前的精准通风模式。最后基于所研究的负压反馈通风控制方法开发养殖场环境控制器,并在养殖现场进行了基于负压反馈通风控制与传统比例通风控制的对比分析实验。实验结果表明,采用基于负压反馈通风控制后舍内风速更加均匀,同时在不同通风等级之间切换,过渡更为平缓。
Uneven distribution of the air speed exists in the large-scale farm ventilation. This uneven result in big difference of air speed in different place in the house or different ventilation level. In this paper, the shortcomings of the traditional control method had been analyzed, and develop the climate controller base on the method of negative pressure feedback control ventilation. According the contrast experiment, the negative pressure feedback control method can make the air speed in different place in the house more uniform. And the air speed change more gently between different ventilation level.
