摘要
防灾预警信息是高速铁路安全运行的重要控制信息之一,实现防灾预警信息快速准确地车地传输是高速铁路防灾设计的重点研究工作。介绍既有防灾预警信息车地传输方案,分析其在高速铁路运行过程中存在的问题,针对这些问题逐步地提出3种新型的防灾预警信息车地传输方案,拟定新方案的系统构成,并介绍每种方案的优缺点,为工程实践提供理论指导。
The disaster warning information is one of the important control information for the safe operation of high-speed railways. Realizing the rapid and accurate transmission of disaster warning information from the ground to the train is the key research work for high-speed railway design. This paper introduces the existing transmission scheme, analyzes its problems in the operation process,and puts forward three new types of disaster warning information transmission schemes for these problems. And it gives the system structures of these new schemes, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each program to provide theoretical guidance for engineering practice.
