摘要
根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059.1-2012),考察测量重复性、标准不确定度、分辨力、最大允许误差等因素引入的不确定度,经判别剔除异常值,并对不确定度分量进行量化和合成。在直流电压10V情况下,取95%的置信区间,相对扩展不确定度为5×10^(-6)。测量过程的不确定度主要来源于被测数字表的重复性和多功能源的最大允许误差。通过评定测定过程的不确定度,可以分析把握不确定度的主要来源,为直流电压的测定提供依据,提高测量结果的准确度。
According to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF1059.1-2012),the uncertainty introduced by measurement repeatability, standard uncertainty, resolution, maximum permissible error and other factors is investigated while outliers are discriminated and eliminated, and uncertainty components are quantized and synthesized. At a DC voltage of 10 V, and a 95% confidence interval is taken, the related expanded uncertainty is 5×10-6. The uncertainty in the process of measurement mainly is from repeatability of the digital meter under test and the maximum permissible error of calibrator. The main sources of uncertainty are analyzed and controlled through evaluating the uncertainty in the process of measurement so as to provide the basis for DC voltage measurement and improve the accuracy of measurement results.
