摘要
目的探讨核磁共振在小脑细胞瘤中的诊断价值。方法选取2016年4月~2017年12月我院收治的小脑血管母细胞瘤患者36例,采用磁共振成像设备GE SIGNA EXCITE 1.5T高场强机对所有患者进行核磁共振检查,然后分析36例患者小脑血管母细胞瘤的分布与分类情况、影像学表现、核磁共振扫描特点。结果 36例患者中,在小脑血管母细胞瘤部位方面,右脑小脑半球18例,左脑小脑半球12例,小脑蚯蚓部4例,累积多部位2例,分别占总数的50.0%、33.3%、11.1%、5.6%;在分类方面,大囊小结节型20例,实质型10例,单纯囊型6例,分别占总数的55.5%、27.8%、16.7%。肿瘤肿块直径1.8~5.5 cm,平均(3.7±0.6)cm。有轻微水肿存在于一些肿瘤周围,其中主要为实质型,占位效应较轻。伴四脑室受压或移位24例,占总数的66.7%,均发生一定程度的脑水肿并发症。结论核磁共振在小脑细胞瘤中的诊断价值高。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of nuclear magnetic resonance in cerebellar cell tumor.Methods 36 patients with cerebellar hemangioblastoma who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were selected.They were also given MRI using magnetic resonance imaging equipment of GE SIGNA EXCITE 1.5T high field strength machine.Then the distribution,classification,imaging findings and MRI features of cerebellar hemangioblastoma were analyzed in the 36 patients.Results Among the 36 patients,in terms of the site of cerebellar hemangioblastoma,there were 18 cases in the right cerebellar hemisphere,12 cases in the left cerebellar hemisphere,4 cases in the cerebellar vermis,and 2 cases in multiple sites,accounting for 50.0%,33.3%,11.1%,and 5.6%of the total;in terms of classification,there were 20 cases of large cysts and small nodules,10 cases of parenchyma,and 6 cases of simple cysts,accounting for 55.5%,27.8%,and 16.7%of the total.The tumor mass was 1.8-5.5 cm in diameter,with the average of(3.7±0.6)cm.There was slight edema around some tumors,and the main one was parenchyma,with a mild occupancy effect.There were 24 cases complicated with pressure or displacement of four ventricles,accounting for 66.7%of the total,and a certain degree of complications related to cerebral edema were seen.Conclusion Nuclear magnetic resonance imaging has a high diagnostic value in cerebellar cell tumors.
