摘要 某发电厂350 MW机组的锅炉一直存在水冷壁超温、再热汽温偏差、排烟温度高和NO_x排放浓度高等问题,因此对该锅炉进行燃烧调整试验,结果表明:造成水冷壁温度偏差的原因是四角燃烧器组动量能量及燃烧过程存在偏差,炉膛火焰中心向右墙偏移,且3~#角煤粉较浓偏高,导致欠氧燃烧,影响温度场。优化调试后,热效率显著提高,还在一定程度上降低了NO_x排放量。 A 350 MW boiler has been subject to problems such as water wall over-temperature,reheat steam temperature deviation,high exhaust gas temperature and high NOx emission concentration after commissioning,which seriously affects the safety and economy of the unit.In response to this phenomenon,the boiler combustion optimization adjustment test was carried out.The results showed that the water wall temperature deviation was caused by the momentum energy of the four-corner burner group and the deviation of the combustion process,the center of the furnace flame shifted to the right wall and the No.3 horn coal was thicker and higher,so led to the under-oxygen combustion and affecting the temperature field.Through the combustion optimization and debugging,thermal efficiency improves significantly,and also NOx emissions reduces to a certain extent.
