摘要
面对建筑市场激烈的竞争压力,施工企业需要加大施工任务的开发力度的同时,还需要深挖企业内部潜力,向管理要效益。本文拟通过对某集团公司周转材料管理存在问题的客观分析,进而提出加强周转材料管理的系列举措和建议。
Faced with the fierce competition pressure in the construction market, construction enterprises need to increase the development of construction tasks, and also need to dig deep into the internal potential of the enterprise and benefit from management. This paper intends to propose a series of measures and suggestions to strengthen the management of turnover materials through objective analysis of the problems in the management of turnover materials of a group company.
