摘要 就施工企业而言,变更是指修正设计图纸中的错误、漏项、增减工程以及为优化设计、方便施工发生的变更,索赔是指在合同实施过程中,因非自身原因造成的工程延期、费用增加而要求业主给予补偿损失的权利要求。变更索赔工作是项目管理的重要内容,本文以案例形式从"技术入手,经济结束"、"方案决定成本、成本约束方案"阐明施工企业项目部在项目管理变更索赔工作的六个要点。 As far as construction enterprises are concerned, alteration refers to the modification of errors, omissions, increments and decreases in design drawings, as well as the alterations to optimize design and facilitate construction. Claim refers to the owner’s right to compensate for losses caused by delays and increases in costs caused by non-self-reasons during the implementation of the contract.Change claim work is an important part of project management. In this paper, six key points of project management change claim work of construction enterprise project department are expounded in the form of case from "technology start, economy end","scheme decides cost,cost restraint scheme".
