摘要
为了使燃煤锅炉烟气中NOx的含量满足国家标准,在烟气排放前增加了脱硝工艺过程。以选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)作为脱硝工艺,西门子S7-1500 PLC作为控制核心,采用TIA portal的WinCC设计烟气脱硝监测系统,着重探讨了系统主画面、尿素溶液制备画面与设备运行状态画面的组态。系统成功用于生成实践,取得了良好的效果。
In order to make the NOx content in the flue gas of coal-fired boilers meet the national standards, the denitration process is added before the flue gas is discharged. Taking selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) as denitration process, Siemens S7-1500 PLC as control core, TIA portal WinCC is used to design flue gas denitration monitoring system, focusing on the configuration of the system main screen, urea solution preparation screen and equipment operation status screen. The system was successfully used to generate practices and achieved good results.
