摘要 西双版纳地处云南省最南端,多为山区,地势复杂,配电网供电半径过长,负荷情况复杂、使用环境比较差、随季节和时间波动剧烈、功率因数较低;无功补偿装置安装不灵活,有时需要停电安装或搭建平台辅助。本文介绍了一种基于电力电子的低压快拆快装无功补偿装置,试点应用于该供区某10 kV线路下属10个公用配变台区,实现10 kV线路低压动态无功补偿。分析装置结构及应用效果,验证该装置在提高线路功率因数、治理三相电流不平衡、改善电能质量方面具有可行性及高效性。 Xishuangbanna is located in the southernmost of Yunnan Province with mostly mountainous area.It has such features as excessive power supply radius of power distribution network,complicated load situation,weak service condition,drastic fluctuation with season and time,low power factor and inflexible installation of reactive power compensation device and sometimes the power is off for installing or setting up platform assistance.In this paper,a kind of low-voltage quick-release quickvinstall reactive power compensation device based on power electronics is introduced.The pilot application is applied to 10 common distribution transformer stations at 10 kV line in the supply area to achieve low-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation for 10 kV lines.The structure and application result of the device is analyzed and its feasibility and high efficiency in such filed as improving line power factor,controlling three-phase current imbalance and improving power quality.
