摘要
为实现交流斩波无功补偿器在较高电压等级配电网中的应用,本文基于传统交流斩波电路原理,提出了单元串联型交流斩波电路的无功补偿技术方案。文中设计了单元串联型无功补偿器的拓扑结构,介绍了单元串联型交流斩波电路的无功及谐波补偿原理,设计了基于多同步旋转坐标系的无功、谐波补偿和电压均衡控制方案。与传统的交流斩波无功补偿器相比,单元串联型无功补偿装置通过单元串联降低开关管的电压应力,工作可靠,耐压等级高。最后,通过仿真验证了新型装置的可行性和有效性。
In order to achieve the application of AC chopping reactive power compensator in the distribution network with higher voltage,in this paper,the reactive power compensation technology proposal for the unit-series AC chopping circuit based on the traditional AC chopping circuit principle is proposed.The topological structure of unit series reactive power compensator is designed,the reactive power and harmonic compensation principle of the unit series AC chopping circuit is introduced and the control proposal of the reactive power,harmonic compensation and voltage balance based on synchronous rotation coordinate is designed.The unit series AC chopping reactive power compensator,compare to the traditional AC chopping reactive power compensator,reduces voltage stress of the switch tube through the series unit,has reliable operation and high voltage withstand.Finally,both feasibility and effectiveness of the new device is verified by the simulation.
