摘要
结合一起750 kV并联电抗器异常处理实例,笔者采用现场试验检查和返厂解体的查找手段,查明了造成电抗器异常的原因是由于杂质或异物引发的偶发故障。结合设备历史运行数据,文中对电抗器常规检查和试验结果进行了分析比对,结合电抗器内部绝缘裕度的仿真计算,给出了判断方法和结论,提出了电抗器异常的排查方法和流程,并对加强在网运行电抗器的状态监测提出了具体措施。
In this paper,the reason causing the reactor abnormal is the accident due to impurity or foreign matter,which is checked by the authors with reference of abnormal treatment example of 750 kV shunt reactor and with adoption of site test as well as disassembly at the factory.The conventional check and test result of the reactor are analyzed and compared with combination of historical operation data of the equipment.The judgment method and conclusion is given with combination simulation calculation of the internal insulation margin of the reactor,the elimination method and process for the abnormality of the reactor is proposed and specific measures on status monitoring of strengthening grid operation reactor is proposed.
