含风电和柔性直流的电力系统多场景概率无功优化 被引量:8

摘要 随着大规模风电并网以及多端柔性直流VSC-MTDC的广泛应用,传统无功优化己不能很好地适应现今包含间歇性风电场的交直流并列运行系统。本文提出一种基于场景分析法的含风电场及VSC-MTDC的交直流并列运行系统无功优化方法,首先统计风电场出力的历史数据拟合风电出力的多场景概率,接着通过考虑风电场的多场景组合,建立以多场景下的综合网损期望值最小化为目标函数,计及VSC-MTDC系统级控制策略的交直流系统运行约束的含风电场和VSC-MTDC参与的多场景无功优化模型,并采用全局最优解求解器Ipopt分别求解主从控制模式以及电压下垂控制模式下的最优无功方案。最后以实际的广东南澳片网作为算例进行分析,通过与单一场景下主从控制、下垂控制模型下的优化方案进行对比,验证了本文所提方法的有效性。 With the wide application of large scale of wind power integration and multi terminal flexible DC VSC-MTDC,the traditional reactive power optimization cannot suit well AC and AC parallel operation system including intermittent wind farm.In this paper,a kind of reactive power optimization method of AC and DC parallel operation based on scenario analysis method including wind farm and VSC-MTDC.Firstly,the statistics of the history data of wind farm output is done so to match multi-scenario probability of the wind farm output,then the minimum of the expected value of comprehensive grid loss under the multiscenario is established as the objective function and reactive power optimization model of AC and DC system operation constraints(containing wind farm)of the control strategy of VSC-MTDC system and involved by VSC-MTDC is taken into account.The global optimal solver popt is adopted to solve optimal reactive power proposal under main and slave control mode and voltage sag control mode.Finally,the real Nanao regional grid of Guangdong is taken as an example for analysis,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through comparison of the optimization proposal under the master and slave control as well as sag control model of the single-scenario.
