柔性直流输电技术在江苏电网的应用研究 被引量:15

摘要 柔性直流输电(VSC-HVDC)技术是以电压源换流器、自关断器件和脉宽调制技术为基础的新型高压输电技术。他具有灵活调节潮流分布、几乎没有谐波、不需要无功补偿等优点,可以广泛应用在新能源并网、城市供电、海岛互联以及分布式能源接入等领域。本文调研了柔性直流输电技术在国内电网中现有工程的运行现状,分析了柔性直流输电技术在工程运行中的优缺点。针对"十四五"规划期间的南京西环网,本文分别提出了基于柔性直流输电技术和常规交流输电技术的网架加强方案,通过对两个网架加强方案的技术/经济性比较,总结了柔性直流输电技术在实际工程的推广应用中有待突破的瓶颈及发展建议。 Voltage-source-controlled high-voltage direct-current(VSC-HVDC)transmission technology is an advanced one with voltage-source converters,self-closing-devices and pulse width modulation as a base and has such advantages as flexible power distribution adjustment without almost harmonic and reactive power compensation etc,and can be used widely in such fields as new power interconnection,urban power supply,interconnection of islands and access of distributed power.In this paper,the operation situation of VSC-HVDC transmission technology in the existing projects of domestic grid is studied and the advantage and disadvantage of the VSC-HVDC transmission technology is analyzed.As for Nanjing western-loop power grid during the fourth Five Year planning period,grid strengthening schemes based on VSC-HVDC and conventional AC transmission technologies respectively are proposed.The bottlenecks to be broken through and development suggestion of popularization and application of VSC-HVDC transmission on the actual project is summarized through technical/economic comparison of the two grid strengthening scheme.
