人工智能技术快速发展,引领了包括档案管理在内等众多领域智能化转型。文章对当前人工智能在档案管理领域应用的理论研究进行总结,并通过对领域内专利的检索和分析,进一步阐释智能档案管理的真实发展现状和问题,提出促进人工智能技术更好地应用于档案管理工作中的发展建议。

The development of artificial intelligence(AI)leads the intelligent transformation in many fields,including archives management.First,this paper reviews the theory research of the application of AI from the viewpoint of archives management.Then through the retrieval and analysis of the patent in the field,it further explains the present situation and problems in the field of intelligent archives management,and thus it provides references to promote the better combination of AI and archives management work.
