为了研究知识产权保护对目前高新技术产品出口的影响规律。文章从企业与国家两个层面对国际贸易中的一些机理展开论述,通过当前遇到的问题与后续影响分别在运行成本和经济效益上展开理论探讨。文章最终得出加强知识产权保护的国际经验和对策建议,并为同行提供建设性意见。

In order to study the impact of intellectual property protection on the export of high-tech products,this paper discusses some mechanisms of international trade at the level of enterprises and countries.Through the current problems and the follow-up effects,the operation cost and economic benefits are discussed theoretically.Finally,the international experience and countermeasures to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights are put forward,which provide the constructive advice for the colleagues.
