基于CFD技术的典型印刷车间污染气体浓度场分析及优化方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章以某大型印刷厂车间为研究对象,通过计算CFD建模和数值模拟方法对车间气流组织以及印刷机挥发的污染气体运动轨迹进行研究。预测了车间内自然通风和安装集气罩强制通风工况下的速度场,分析了集气罩对厂房空气质量的改善效果。结果表明:自然通风一定程度上影响了污染气体的运动,但是集气罩的负压抽吸作用可以极大地改善污染气体的散发情况。在实际过程中,为了进一步提高集气罩的吸收效率,可在集气罩周围加设喷嘴搭建气幕,包裹印刷机组,抑制污染气体的逃逸。该研究结果可为印刷车间污染物处理的实践工作提供参考。 In this paper,a large-scale printing workshop is taken as the research object,and the air distribution in the workshop and the movement track of the polluted gas volatilized by the printing press are studied by CFD modeling and the numerical simulation methods.The velocity pattern of natural ventilation and forced ventilation with gas collector in workshops are predicted,and the improvement effect of gas collector on air quality of workshop is analyzed.The results show that natural ventilation has some influence on the movement of polluted gases.Moreover,the negative pressure suction of the gas collector can greatly improve the emission of polluted gases.In the application process,in order to further improve the absorption efficiency of the gas collecting hood,the air curtain can be distributed around the gas collecting hood by adding nozzles,which can wrap the printing machine and inhibit the escape of polluted gas.The research results can provide reference for the practical pollutant treatment in the printing workshop.
