The“Nanjing Real Estate”WeChat public account,as a micro portal of Nanjing real estate work,has used the“Internet+”,face recognition,gap and other information technology to realize the online enquiry and processing of real estate registration business,and the interoperability of the internal and external network data.At the same time,it can ensure the safe use of information data.This paper holds tha the WeChat official account has the advantages of safety,efficiency and convenience.It can make real estate registration and inquiry work anytime and anywhere.It is convenient for the masses to work and meet the needs of real estate registration work.
