基于因子分析的安徽高校科技创新能力评价研究

The Evaluation of Anhui Universities' Science and Technology Innovation Capability Based on Factor Analysis

基于因子分析法构建了一套有较强综合性、可操作性和可比性的高校科技创新能力综合评价指标体系,本文通过以安徽省省内30所本科院校为研究对象进行分析评价,找出了影响安徽省高校科技创新能力的关键因素,在此基础上分析安徽省高校科技创新能力和比较优势,得出安徽省30所高校科技创新能力呈不均衡态势,建议政府加大对相关高校科研能力的扶持,采取科学合理的政策措施提高安徽省高校科技创新能力,进而推动本省经济社会的发展。

This article is based on the factor analysis to build a strong comprehensive,operational and comparability of science and technology innovation evaluation index system,31 undergraduate colleges in Anhui province was used for analysis and evaluation as the research object,to identify the key factors to affect Anhui Province science and technology innovation,based on analysis of Colleges and Universities of Anhui Province scientifi c and technological innovation capacity and comparative advantage.Empirical studies have shown that 31 colleges and universities in Anhui Province scientifi c and technological innovation was uneven trend,it is recommended that the Government increase support to enhance competitiveness of the colleges and universities,and to promote the colleges and universities’development of science and technology innovation capacity in Anhui Province.
