《全球愿景报告》视角下社区图书馆运营管理转型发展探析

On the Transformation and Development of Community Library Operation and Management from the Perspective of Global Vision Report

2018年8月26日以"图书馆转型,社会转型"为主题的第84届世界图书馆与信息大会发布了《全球愿景报告》。对该报告的整体把握和深度剖析有利于我国社区图书馆转变传统管理方式、加强社会力量参与合作、激发社区图书馆活力。文章结合合肥市滨湖世纪社区图书馆的转型发展,就运营管理转型发展的国内外发展环境、转型中的创新亮点以及转型升级后的效能等方面进行探讨,以期为我国社区图书馆的运营管理转型发展提供借鉴。

On August 26, 2018, the 84th World Conference on Library and Information, with the theme "Transform Libraries: Transform Societies", released the Global Vision Report. The overall understanding and deep analysis of the Report will help to change the traditional management mode of the community library, strengthen the social force to participate in the cooperation, and stimulate the vitality of the community library. Combined with the transformation and development of Hefei Binhu Century Community Library, this paper discusses the development environment at home and abroad, the innovation highlights in the transition and the efficiency after transformation and upgrading. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the transformation and development of the operation and management of Chinese community libraries.
