光响应偶氮苯取代的聚二乙炔囊泡制备及性质研究

摘要 基于具有光学活性的偶氮苯小分子出发,将其化学修饰制备出端基为环氧基团的偶氮苯分子,利用环氧基团与二乙炔分子中氨基集团之间的开环作用,设计合成了具有光学活性的偶氮苯功能化的双炔单体,并将通过自组装方法成囊泡结构,利用254 nm紫外灯进行聚合,通过荧光、紫外等方法表征聚合过程并研究其光学性质。利用聚二乙炔囊泡的刺激响应行为,实现了该囊泡聚合前后、聚合后加酸、碱、四氢呋喃的颜色变化以及紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱会变化。该体系不仅实现了偶氮苯聚合物的多重刺激响应材料的制备,也为其他光响应材料的研究提供理论基础和技术支持。 It has great sinnification to construct smart stimuli-responsive materials owing to its potential applications in sensors, information storage, and fluorescent imaging. Herein, in this article, photo-active monomer based on azobenzene(Azo) substituted polydiacetylene(PDA) was syntesiszed through the mild reaction between the amino group and epoxy unit. Then the novel vesicle was fabricated through self-assembly, and could be polymeriazed to form blue color solution with the irradiation of 254 nm UV light. The polymerization process and optical characteristics of the vesicle were researched by UV-vis absorbance and fluorescence spectra, and thus formed photo-active PDA vesicles could response to light, pH, temperature and organic solvent(tetrahydrofuran THF), which could disturb the conjugated backbone of PDA and accompany with the color change from blue to red as well as the absorbance and fluorescence spectra change. This work not only offered a method for rational desige of multi-stimuli-responsive polymers but also pave the way for the fabrication other smart materials for further information technology.
