摘要
目的合成具有较高反应活性的单氨基聚乙二醇,并对其结构进行表征。方法尝试了一种从聚乙二醇合成单氨基聚乙二醇的方法。结果先用聚乙二醇与对甲苯磺酰氯反应,并分离出单端对甲基苯磺酰聚乙二醇,再将对甲基苯磺酰基用重氮基取代,最后将重氮基还原为氨基。结果显示合成路线可行。
Objective Synthesis of monoamino polyethylene glycol with higher reactivity by different methods,and its structure was characterized. Method: Try a method from the synthesis of single amino polyethylene glycol polyethylene glycol. Method: First, the reaction of polyethylene glycol with p-toluene sulfonyl chloride was carried out, and the single-ended p-toluene sulfonyl polyethylene glycol was separated. Then the methylbenzene sulfonyl group was replaced by diazo group. Finally, the diazo group was reduced to amino group. The results show that the synthetic route is feasible.
