摘要
内源性阿片肽是指在体内合成,并存在于动物体脑、神经和外周组织中的吗啡样作用物质,包括五类物质:脑啡肽、内啡肽、强啡肽、孤啡肽和内吗啡肽。本文对全球范围内的内源性阿片肽专利申请进行了统计分析,研究了专利申请趋势、申请人分布以及技术发展趋势,并简要分析了国内申请人的研发热点,以期为内源性阿片肽类镇痛药物的研发提供参考。
Endogenous opioid peptides are morphine-like substances synthesized in vivo and present in the brain, nerves and peripheral tissues of animals, including five types: enkephalin, endorphin, dynorphin, orphanin and endomorphin. This paper focuses on the trend of patent application, the distribution of applicants and the trend of technology development involving endogenous opioid peptide in the world, briefly analyzes the research hotspots of domestic applicants, and hopes to provide reference for the development of analgesic drugs derived from endogenous opioid peptide.
