摘要
柠檬酸是生物主要代谢产物之一,被广泛应用于食品医药、化学、电子、纺织、石油、皮革、建筑、摄影、塑料、铸造和陶瓷等工业领域,黑曲霉发酵法生产柠檬酸是其主要生产方法。本文从发酵生产柠檬酸相关专利的国内外申请量趋势、区域分布、技术分支和主要申请人等方面,以期为我国柠檬酸发酵产业相关的专利战略规划与产业政策制定提供一定参考。
Citric acid is one of the main biological metabolites and is widely used in food, medicine, chemistry, electronics, textile, petroleum, leather, construction, photography, plastics, casting and ceramics industries. The production of citric acid by Aspergillus Niger fermentation is the main production method. By searching patents related to citric acid fermentation, we analyzed the general situation of the patents about citric acid fermentation, for the sake of offering help to the strategic planning-related industry in this field.
