摘要
采用"水解酸化-BAF"组合原SBR工艺对涂装废水提标改造,提高了废水中CODcr、氨氮、总氮等污染物的去除率,排水质量优于《电镀水污染物排放标准》(DB44/1597-2015)表3标准,且运行成本低、可操作性强、运行稳定,值得推广。
A new HASB-SBR-BAF integrated process is applicated in upgrading and reconstruction of painting wastewater treatment process, which can improve removal efficiency of the pollutants like COD, ammonium nitrogen, total nitrogen and so on. After being treatment, the effluent quality is better than the Table 3 in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Electroplating(DB44/1597–2015). Besides, the process is maneuverable, stable and low cost in operation.
