江苏省家具行业VOCs排放现状及治理情况分析

Analysis of VOCs Emission and Control in Furniture Industry of Jiangsu Province

江苏省目前拥有家具企业7000多家,从业人数达60多万人,家具产业发展势头迅猛。家具制造过程使用的涂料及有机溶剂是产生VOCs的主要原因。项目组筛选了江苏省具有代表性的家具制造企业进行了调研,调研企业总数为189家,并选取123家使用不同涂料类型,不同涂装工艺的企业进行了检测分析。

At present, Jiangsu Province has more than 7,000 furniture enterprises with more than 600,000 employees, and the furniture industry is developing rapidly. Coatings and organic solvents used in furniture manufacturing are the main reasons for VOCs. The project team screened representative furniture manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu and conducted a survey. The total number of enterprises surveyed was 189. 123 enterprises using different types of coatings and different painting processes were selected for testing and analysis.
