快速溶剂萃取-串联气质法检测植物性中药材中6种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留 被引量:7

A Method for the Determination of Six Kinds of Pyrethroid Pesticide Residues in Chinese Herbal Medicine by Using Accelerated Solvent Extraction and GC-MS/MS

摘要 随着植物性中药材人工栽培的普及,生产储存过程中使用农药导致中药材农残超标的现象日益严重,研究快速、准确、有效的农残检测方法是中药材生产使用环节中迫切需要解决的问题。本文研究建立了一种利用快速溶剂萃取(ASE)技术进行萃取、串联气质法进行检测的方法,同时测定中药材中6种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留,回收率范围在77.9%~115.8%之间,检出限在0.01~0.02 mg/kg之间。 With the popularization of artificial cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine, the pesticide used in the production and storage process leads to the increasingly serious phenomenon of excessive pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine. It is urgent to develop a rapid, accurate and effective method for detection of pesticide residues in the production and use of traditional Chinese medicine. This study developed a method to detect six kinds of pyrethroid pesticide residues by using accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) and GC-MS/MS. The results showed that the recovery rate of this method was ranged from 77.9 % to 115.8 %, and the limit of quantitation was between 0.01 and 0.02 mg/kg.
