微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定有机肥料重金属含量

摘要 建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定有机肥料中多种重金属元素的方法。称取有机肥料样品约0.2g,加入硝酸6m L和过氧化氢溶液1 m L,经微波消解,用2%硝酸定容至50 m L。用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定试样中的铅、砷、镉、铬元素,各元素测得结果相对标准偏差均小于5%,符合国标要求。进行回收率测试,测得回收率在98.4%~103.4%之间。 A method for the determination of heavy metals in organic fertilizers by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was established. Weigh about 0.2 g of organic fertilizer sample, add 6 m L HNO3 and 1 m L H2 O2, digest with microwave, and dilute to 50 m L with 2 % HNO3. The lead, arsenic, cadmium and chromium elements in the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The relative standard deviations of the elements were less than 5 %, which met the national standard. The recovery rate was tested and the recovery was between 98.4 % and 103.4 %.
