Determination of Heavy Metals in Sludge by ICP-AES with Automatic Graphite Digestion

采用石墨消解仪消解污泥样品,用ICP-AES测定污泥样品中的铜、锌、铅、镍、铬五种金属元素,同时与微波消解仪消解的污泥样品对比,得出两种消解方法测定的结果无显著性差异,石墨消解仪可以用来消解处理污泥样品。

The sludge samples were digested by graphite digestion instrument, and five metal elements of copper, zinc, lead, nickel and chromium in the sludge samples were determined by ICP-AES, and compared with the sludge sample digested by the microwave digestion instrument, two digestions were obtained. There is no significant difference in the results of the method determination, and the graphite digestion instrument can be used to digest the sludge sample.
