摘要 目的探讨不同体重指数(BMI)和不同腺体密度对乳腺X线摄影中BI-RADS分级的影响。方法 2016年7月至2017年11月,佳木斯大学第一附属医院共收治260例住院和门诊乳腺X线摄影患者。BI-RADS分级标准用于标准化评估,综合分析用于研究BMI与乳腺密度和BI-RADS分级之间的相关性。结果 BI-RADS高级组的平均BMI高于低级组。BI-RADS高级别组的密度不均匀性和致密乳房比例高于BI-RADS低级组。且差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BMI和乳腺密度与BI-RADS分级,BMI和乳腺密度较高的女性有关,BI-RADS分类越高,该群体中患乳腺癌的风险越高。 Objective To investigate the effects of different body mass index(BMI) and different gland density on BI-RADS classification in mammography.Methods From July 2016 to November 2017, 260 inpatient and outpatient mammography patients were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University. The BI-RADS grading standard was used for standardized evaluation, and the comprehensive analysis was used to study the correlation between BMI and breast density and BI-RADS grading. Results The average BMI of the BI-RADS advanced group was higher than that of the lower group. The density-non-uniformity and dense breast ratio of the BI-RADS high-level group were higher than the BI-RADS lower-level group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion BMI and breast density are associated with BI-RADS classification, BMI and women with higher breast density. The higher the BI-RADS classification, the higher the risk of breast cancer in this group.
