摘要
目的:研究三棱素A、B、C的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:分别采用热板法、醋酸致扭体法研究镇痛作用,采用小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀实验研究抗炎作用。结果:三棱素A、B、C均能延长小鼠舔后足时间,能够减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数,三棱素A、B、C最大镇痛率分别为25.96%、34.09%、27.17%,三棱素A、B、C均有一定的抗炎作用,三棱素B的抗炎作用最强。结论:三棱素A、B、C具有一定的抗炎和镇痛的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Sparganin A, B and C. Method: The hot plate test and mouse twist were used to evaluate analgesic effect. The models of the swelling of mouse ear and paw swelling induced by carrageenan in rats were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect. Results: Sparganin A, B and C could delay the latency of licking of the hind paw in the hot plate test. Sparganin A, B and C also could reduce the times of writhe response actions, the inhibition rates were 25.96 %, 34.09 %, 27.17 %.Sparganin A, B and C have anti-inflammatory effect, but Sparganin B has the strongest anti-inflammatory effect. Conclusion: Sparganin A, B and C have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
