摘要
目的:研究山楂核干馏油与鱼腥草乙醇提取物的联合应用进一步提高抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的能力。方法:采用棋盘法测定山楂核干馏油与鱼腥草乙醇提取物混合制剂的MIC.结果:通过棋盘滴定法实验即96孔版实验发现在山楂核干馏油MIC下,鱼腥草最小抑菌浓度是二分之一MIC或者低于MIC,在鱼腥草MIC下,山楂核最小抑菌浓度是二分之一MIC或低于MIC,在此范围内有菌生长。结论:鱼腥草乙醇提取物与山楂核干馏油混合制剂能够明显提高抑制金黄色葡萄球菌生长。
objective: To study the combination of hawthorn nuclear distillation oil and herba houttuyniae ethanol extract to further improve the inhibition of staphylococcus aureus. Methods: The MIC of the mixture of hawthorn seed distillation oil and herba houttuyniae ethanol extract was determined by chessboard method. RESULTS: The checkerboard titration test, namely the 96-well version test, showed that under MIC, the minimum inhibitory concentration of herba houttuyniae was one-half MIC or lower than MIC, and under MIC, the minimum inhibitory concentration of herba houttuyniae was one-half MIC or lower than MIC,and the bacterial growth was found within this range. Conclusion: The mixture of herba houttuyniae ethanol extract and hawthorn kernel distillation oil can significantly inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus.
