摘要 本文研究了在阳离子酸性树脂催化剂存在下,乙酸仲丁酯与甲醇酯交换制备仲丁醇。分布评价了A-16、A-36、NKC-9、ZH-400等四种催化剂在酯交换反应中的表现,确定长反应时间条件下ZH-400催化剂的酯交换活性最佳。以其为催化剂,在控制变量的基础上,对醇酯比、反应时间、反应温度等影响仲丁醇收率的因素进行了优化,确定了反应物进料醇酯比2︰1、催化剂与反应物体积比1︰1、反应温度80~85℃的最佳反应条件。 In this paper, a preparation method of sec-butyl alcohol through the transesterification between sec-butyl acetate and methanol upon acid cation exchange resin was studied. The catalytic effects of four acid cation exchange resins were inspected in the transesterification. ZH-400 resin exihibited the best activity. Over it, the conditions for preparing sec-butyl alcohol, including molar ratio of methanol to sec-butyl acetate, reaction time and temperature, were optimized by controling variates. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: methanol/sec-butyl acetate molar ratio of 2︰1, catalyst/reactant volume ratio of 1︰1 and reaction temperature of 80~85 ℃.
