摘要 通过实验考察进水压力、回收率、进水盐浓度、pH、温度这五个运行参数对超纯水系统中RO膜性能的影响。结果表明回收率和进水压力的升高导致系统脱盐率的波动上升,最高可达99.04%。随着进水温度的升高,RO膜通量增大,两者线性相关性较强,系统脱盐率随进水温度的升高整体呈现下降的趋势。进水盐浓度对系统脱盐率的影响呈现先缓慢升高后缓慢下降的趋势,但从数值上看变化并不大,故本试验进水电导率(300~600μS/cm)均在该RO膜的最佳脱盐范围内。当pH=7时,二级RO最佳系统脱盐率达到96.73%。 The effects of inlet water pressure, recovery rate, inlet water salt concentration, pH and temperature on the performance of RO membrane in ultra-pure water system are investigated by experiment. The results show that the increase of recovery rate and inlet water pressure leads to the fluctuation of desalination rate, up to 99.04 %. With the increase of inlet water temperature, the flux of RO membrane increases, the linear correlation between them is strong. The desalination rate of the system decreases with the increase of inlet water temperature. The influence of inlet water salt concentration on the desalination rate of the system shows a trend of increasing slowly at first and then decreasing slowly, but the numerical value does not change much. Therefore, the inlet water conductivity(300~600 μS/cm) in this experiment is within the optimal desalination range of the RO membrane. When pH=7, the optimal desalination rate of RO pass Ⅱ reaches to 96.73 %.
