摘要
CdX(X=S,Se,Te)半导体材料具有合适的禁带宽度,可以吸收大范围可见光,同时在可见光下展现出优异的光催化性能等优势,具有一定的研究价值。本文对近年来CdX(X=S,Se,Te)量子点在光催化领域中应用途径和实际应用进了梳理总结,并对CdX量子点作为光催化剂的发展趋势和前景进行了展望。
CdX(X = S, Se, Te) semiconductor materials have suitable band gap, can absorb a wide range of visible light, and exhibit excellent photocatalytic properties under visible light, which has certain research value. In this paper, the applications of CdX(X = S, Se, Te) quantum dots in photocatalysis in recent years are summarized, and the development trend and Prospect of CdX quantum dots as photocatalysts are prospected.
