荧光分析法在药物分析中的应用新进展

New Progress in the Application of Fluorescence Analysis in Pharmaceutical Analysis

文章介绍了几种常用的荧光分析方法及新型的荧光分析法,并综述了近年来荧光分析技术在药物分析中的应用进展。提出了几点荧光分析法在未来的技术展望,即:寻求对药物荧光有强烈增强或猝灭效果的更优体系;制备更加高灵敏度及合成方法更简单实用的荧光探针并探讨其荧光作用机理;联合多种检测技术,提出更灵敏准确的检测方法从而实现对复杂样品的痕量检测。

This paper introduces several common fluorescence analysis methods and new fluorescence analysis methods, and summarizes the application progress of fluorescence analysis in drug analysis in recent years. The development trend of fluorescence analysis technology in the future is prospected, that is,Seeking for a better system with strong enhancement or quenching effect on drug fluorescence;fluorescence probes with higher sensitivity and simpler synthesis methods will be prepared and their fluorescence mechanism will be discussed;a more sensitive and accurate detection method will be proposed to detect trace amounts of complex samples.
