摘要
本文综述分析了等离子体技术烟气脱硫脱硝的应用进展。比较了烟气脱硫脱硝的等离子体类型:电子束反应器、电晕反应器和介质阻挡反应器;探讨了放电电压、烟气流速、添加剂、湿度、氧气含量和温度等影响参量;等离子体脱除烟气中SO_2和NO_x的原理;列举了等离子体脱硫脱硝的中试工程和商业案例应用,展示出等离子体技术在烟气方面具有独特的优势和巨大的潜力。
In this paper, the studies and applications of plasma technology for desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas are reviewed systematically.Firstly, the removal type of SO2 and NOx in flue gas under the action of plasma is introduced respectively, including the electron beam reactor, corona reactor and dielectric barrier reactor. Then, six influencing factors were analyzed: discharge voltage, flue gas flow rate, additive, humidity, oxygen content and temperature. And the removal mechanism was analyzed in detail. Finally, this paper presents desulfurization and desulfurization of plasma pilot engineering and commercial applications, proved that plasma technology in the flue gas has a unique advantage and promising potential.
