含苯废气紫外光化学处理研究

摘要 本研究采用紫外光化学技术对含苯废气进行处理,试验结果显示,光化学系统可以对含苯废气进行很好的处理,使排放的废气达到国家规定的排放标准。试验对影响光化学处理苯的各种因素,如气体流量、氧气浓度、温度等等进行了分析。苯的降解去除率O_2浓度的增加而增加,当O_2浓度达到700 mg/L后,光化学降解去除率达到最大值;而温度变化对苯的光化学反应影响很小。 The experiment gave a systematical study on a UV-photochemistry method for the control of waste gas containing benzene. The results show that benzene can be disposed in the photochemical system. Off-gas quality has reached national exhaust standard. Factors that influence the deleterious gas degradation by photochemical method, such as gas flow rate, oxygen concentration, temperature and so on were analyzed. The removal rate of benzene increases with the increase of O2 concentration. When O2 concentration reaches 700 mg/L, the removal rate of photochemical degradation reaches the maximum, while the temperature change has little effect on the photochemical reaction of benzene.
