摘要
对中海油惠州石化催化重整在二期项目组中作为首开装置提前开工的原因主要从施工管理和技术管理两个方面进行了分析。施工管理方面重点介绍了工艺管道清洁、法兰、垫片的检查、设备安装及仪表调试。技术管理方面重点介绍了反应器转油线、炉管打压、烘炉、应力消除及催化剂装填。开工及运行结果表明,在项目施工阶段所采取的措施是成功、有效的。
For CCR as the first startup device in CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemicals phase Ⅱ, two aspects of reasons are introduced respectively from construction management and technical management. Construction management highlights process piping clean, the flange and gasket inspection, equipment installation and commissioning. Technology management highlights pipeline between reactors, pressure test, dryout, stress relieving and catalyst loading. Startup and operation results show that the measures taken in the project construction phase are successful and effective.
