摘要
本文根据国家安监局对加氢工艺的基本要求,结合某工程加氢工艺过程,设计了氢化釜紧急停车系统和加氢自控系统,并提出设计时需注意的事项,通过有效的自控联锁方式提高了生产运行的安全性。
According to the basic requirements of SAWS for hydrogenation process, combined with the hydrogenation reaction of a construction project, the emergency shutdown system and hydrogenation automatic control system of hydrogenation reactor is designed, and the matters needing attention in design are put forward. The effective control interlocking method improves the safety of production operations.
