摘要
应用衰减全反射中红外光谱技术建立了柴油中聚甲氧基甲缩醛的快速检测方法。以970 cm^(-1)作为聚甲氧基甲缩醛的红外特征峰,基于朗伯–比耳定律外标法定量。聚甲氧基甲缩醛在1%(m/m)~30%(m/m)浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991,样品重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.05%~1.76%,加标回收率在85.3%~94.5%之间。该方法简单便捷,精密度高,适用于柴油中聚甲氧基甲缩醛含量的快速分析。
A method based on attenuating total reflection mid-infrared spectroscopy has been developed for the rapid determination of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers in diesel. The peak of 970 cm^-1 was selected for quantitative analysis of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers in diesel. The calibration curve was established based on Lambert–Beer equation law and quantified by an external standard method. The results showed that the DMMn had good linearity with the concentration between 1 %(m/m) and 30 %(m/m), and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 1.05 %~1.76 %, The recoveries ranged from 85.3 % to 94.5 %.This method was characterized by precision and high analytical rate, and showed suitability for the analysis of the polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers in diesel.
