中高职教育一体化中存在的问题及解决方案

On Problems and Countermeasures of the Integration of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

本文通过分析中高职一体化衔接过程中在培养目标、专业设置、教学内容、生源来源及交流合作等方面出现的问题,提出中高职院校在衔接过程中应实行一体化操作,明确目标,分清层次,才能提高职业教育的办学成效。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration of secondary and higher vocational education in cultivation objective, major setting,teaching content, source of students, exchange and cooperation in the process of their integration, and proposes that secondary and higher vocational colleges should carryout integrated operation based on a clear division of their roles respectively. Only in this way the school-running effect of higher vocational education can be improved.
