中医手法复位联合小夹板外固定对桡骨骨折患者的效果研究

Effect of Manual Reduction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Small Splint External Fixation on the Patients with Radius Fractures

目的:研究中医手法复位联合小夹板外固定对桡骨骨折患者术后骨折愈合时间及腕关节功能的影响。方法:选取某院2015年11月～2016年9月收治桡骨骨折患者84例,随机数字表法分组。观察组42例予以中医手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗,对照组42例予以中医手法复位联合石膏外固定治疗,比较两组消肿时间、骨折愈合时间以及腕关节功能。结果:观察组消肿时间、骨折愈合时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组腕关节功能优良率92.86%(39/42)高于对照组69.05%(29/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗桡骨骨折患者,可促进骨折愈合,加快消肿,提高腕关节功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with small splint external fixation on the fracture healing time and the wrist function of patients with radius fractures.Methods:A total of 84 cases of radius fractures treated in a hospital from November 2015 to September 2016 were grouped by the random numbers.In the observation group,42 cases were treated with manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and small splint external fixation,and 42 cases in the control group were treated with manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and plaster external fixation.The time of detumescence,fracture healing time and wrist function were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of detumescence and fracture healing time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the excellent rate of wrist function of the observation group [92.86%(39/42)] was higher than that of the control group [69.05%(29/42)],the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with small splint external fixation in the treatment of patients with radius fractures can promote the healing of fracture,accelerate the swelling and improve the wrist function.
