口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床效果及对患者并发症发生情况的影响

Clinical Effect of Orthodontic Treatment for Upper Anterior Impacted Teeth and Its Influence on Complications of Patients

目的:探讨口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2017年2月～2018年1月某院诊治上前牙阻生患者72例进行研究,用随机分组表法分为干预组(口腔正畸治疗,36例)和常规组(常规手术治疗,36例),比较两组患者疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:干预组患者疗效显著高于常规组患者(97.22%vs.80.56%,P<0.05);干预组患者相关不良反应发生率显著低于常规组(5.56%vs.22.22,P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生能显著提高患者临床疗效,降低相关并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of orthodontic treatment for upper anterior impacted teeth.Methods:A total of 72 patients with anterior impacted teeth who were diagnosed and treated in a hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected for study.The patients were divided into the intervention group (36 cases of orthodontic treatment) and the conventional group (36 cases of conventional surgical treatment) by random grouping table method,and the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The curative effect of intervention group was significantly higher than that of conventional group (97.22% vs.80.56%,P <0.05).The incidence of related adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the routine group (5.56% vs 22.22%,P <0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment of upper anterior impacted teeth can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of related complications.
