剖宫产瘢痕妊娠临床分析

Clinical Analysis of CesareanScar Pregnancy

目的:分析剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床相关内容。方法:选取2016年4月～2017年4月某院收治的剖宫产瘢痕妊娠者50例作为研究组,对研究组的治疗方式和结果进行分析。结果:研究组患者中治疗有效者43例,失败7例,治疗成功率86.0%。在治疗方法中使用药物治疗及子宫动脉栓塞后清宫术的治疗成功率明显高于其他治疗方式,数据差异显示统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用米非司酮和MTX药物,并对患者进行宫腔镜下清宫治疗,能够有效地治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠,治疗安全性较高,且更加经济实惠,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical related contents of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods:50 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy in a hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study group.The treatment methods and results of the study group were analyzed.Results:In the study group,43 cases were effective,7 cases failed,the success rate of treatment was 86.0%.The success rate of drug therapy and uterine artery embolization was significantly higher than that of other treatment methods.The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone and MTX combined with hysteroscopy can effectively treat cesarean scar pregnancy,with high safety,and more economical,is worthy of clinical application.
