摘要
目的:探讨CT与核磁共振技术对股骨头坏死检查诊断中的临床意义。方法:选2017年1月~2018年4月在某院进行就诊的股骨头坏死患者80例作为研究对象,80例患者分别分为甲组跟乙组,每组40例患者。甲组采用核磁共振技术检查诊断,乙组采用CT扫描检查诊断。结果:两组数据差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。甲组股骨头坏死Ⅰ期检出有8例,T2加权成像体现出双线征;Ⅱ期检出的有12例,T1与T2加权成像,均体现为高信号状态;Ⅲ期检出的有10例,T1加权成像体现出低信号,T2加权成像主要体现出高信号;Ⅳ期检出的有10例,T1与T2加权成像多体现出低信号现象。乙组Ⅰ期检出有6例,影像主要体现出骨小梁增粗以及变形;Ⅱ期检出的有10例,影像体现出轻微骨质增生,少数患者影像学体现出骨板壳断裂;Ⅲ期检出的有6例,影像体现股骨头骨质出现断裂现象;Ⅳ期检出的有7例,影像体现关节面塌陷、变平的情况。结论:针对股骨头坏死病症患者,采用CT扫描与核磁共振技术检查确切。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of CT and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.Methods:80 patients with femoral head necrosis treated in a hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected as study subjects.80 patients were divided into group A and group B,with 40 patients in each group.Group A was diagnosed with nuclear magnetic resonance techniques,and group B was diagnosed with CT scan.Results:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05).Eight cases of femoral head necrosis in stage Ⅰ were detected in group A.T2-weighted imaging showed a two-line sign;In stage Ⅱ,there were 12 cases,and both T1 and T2-weighted imaging showed high signal status;In stage Ⅲ,there were 10 cases,T1-weighted imaging showed low signal,and T2-weighted imaging showed high signal.10 cases were detected in stage Ⅳ.T1 and T2 weighted imaging showed low signal phenomenon.In group B,there were 6 cases detected at stage Ⅰ.The images mainly showed thickening and deformation of trabecular bone.There were 10 cases detected at stage Ⅱ.The image showed slight bone hyperplasia,and a few patients showed bone plate shell fracture.There were 6 cases detected at stage Ⅲ,and the image showed fracture of the femoral head and 7 cases were detected at stage Ⅳ.The images showed that the articular surface collapsed and flattened.Conclusion:CT scan and MRI techniques were used to confirm the femoral head necrosis is accurate.
