2016～2017年河南中医药大学第一附属医院门诊他汀类药物应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Statins in the Outpatient Department of No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016～2017

目的:分析2016～2017年河南中医药大学第一附属医院门诊他汀类药物应用。方法:将2016～2017年他汀类药物的使用数据从某院门诊药品库存管理系统(医院信息系统)中提取出来,分析2016～2017年某门诊药房他汀类药物销售金额与DDDs构成比、DDDs、DDC、销售金额。结果:2016～2017年某门诊药房使用他汀类药物主要为阿托伐他汀,其次为瑞舒伐他汀,再次为氟伐他汀,之后为辛伐他汀,最后为普伐他汀,销售金额与DDDs逐渐降低。2017年我院门诊药房他汀类药物销售金额与DDDs构成比均显著高于2016年(P<0.05)。某门诊药房阿托伐他汀2个厂家2个规格,瑞舒伐他汀共4个厂家2个规格,辛伐他汀共1个厂家1个规格,氟伐他汀1个厂家2个规格,普伐他汀1个厂家1个规格,DDDs、DDC、销售金额逐渐降低。2017年门诊药房他汀类药物的DDDs、DDC、销售金额均显著高于2016年(P<0.05)。结论:2016～2017年河南中医药大学第一附属医院门诊他汀类药物应用基本合理,和发展趋势基本相符。

Objective:To analyze the application of statins in the outpatient department of No.1 affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine in 2016~2017.Methods:The data of the use of statins in 2016~2017 were extracted from the outpatient drug inventory management system (hospital information system) of a hospital,and the proportion of DDDs,DDC and sales amount of statins in outpatient pharmacy of a hospital during 2016~2017 were analyzed.Results:From 2016 to 2017,the use of statins in the outpatient pharmacy of a hospital was mainly atorvastatin,followed by resuvastatin,fluvastatin again,simvastatin later,and finally pravastatin.The sales amount and DDDs decreased gradually.The ratio of sales amount and DDDs composition in outpatient pharmacy of a hospital in 2017 was significantly higher than that of 2016 ( P <0.05).There were 2 factories and 2 specifications for atorvastatin,4 factories ang 2 specifications for rosuvastatin,1 factory and 1 specifications for simvastatin,1 factories and 2 specifications for fluvastatin and 1 factory and 1 specifications for pravastatin.DDDs,DDC and sales amount are reduced gradually.In 2017,DDDs,DDC and sales amount of statin in the outpatient pharmacy of a hospital were significantly higher than that of 2016 ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of statins in the outpatient department of No.1 affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine in 2016~2017 is basically reasonable and consistent with the development trend.
