枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗亚急性湿疹疗效及复发率评价

Efficacy and Recurrence Rate of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Subacute Eczema

目的:探讨枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗亚急性湿疹疗效及复发率。方法:随机选择某院于2014年10月～2017年10月收治的亚急性湿疹患者84例作为研究对象,根据其入院序号奇偶数按比例(1∶1)划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者42例,对照组给予复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察组在此基础上联合枸地氯雷他定治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗效果和复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,P<0.05;观察组治疗3个月后、6个月后复发率分别为4.76%、9.52%,均低于对照组的19.05%、26.19%,P<0.05。结论:在亚急性湿疹治疗中,枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗效果理想,临床复发率较低,推荐推广。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect and recurrence rate of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with compound glycyrrhizin on subacute eczema.Methods:A total of 84 patients with subacute eczema admitted to a hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to their admission serial odd and even numbers,they were divided into the control group and the observation group in proportion (1∶1),42 patients in each group.The control group were given compound glycyrrhizin treatment,and the observation group was combined with desloratadine citrate disodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.86% in the observation group and 76.19% in the control group,P <0.05.The recurrence rates in the observation group were 4.76% and 9.52% respectively after 3 months and 6 months of treatment,both lower than those in the control group (19.05% and 26.19%,P <0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of subacute eczema,the effect of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with compound glycyrrhizin is ideal,and the clinical recurrence rate is low,recommended to promote.
