中药局部外敷联合内服治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果评价

Clinical Effect of Local Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Internal Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的:探讨中药局部外敷联合内服治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:在医院2015年1月～2017年7月期间诊治的慢性盆腔炎患者中选取76例作研究对象,并按治疗方案不同予以分组:对照组(n=38)单纯应用中药内服治疗方案,研究组(n=38)则应用中药局部外敷联合内服治疗方案。结果:研究组患者整体治疗有效率是94.74%,与对照组患者整体治疗有效率78.95%相比较高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药局部外敷联合内服治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果确切,可有效消除盆腔炎症包块等体征以及临床症状,预防复发,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of local application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:76 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation diagnosed and treated in a hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes:The control group ( n =38) was treated by internal application of traditional Chinese medicine alone,while the study group ( n =38) was treated by local application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal medicine.Results:The overall treatment efficiency of the patients in the study group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of the patients in the control group (78.95%)( P <0.05).After chemotherapy,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of local application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation is accurate,which can effectively eliminate the signs and clinical symptoms such as pelvic inflammatory mass and prevent recurrence,it can prevent recurrence,and is worth of reference.
