美托洛尔联合阿司匹林在急性心肌梗死治疗中的应用价值

Value of Metoprolol Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:分析美托洛尔联合阿司匹林在急性心肌梗死治疗中的应用价值。方法:将68例急性心肌梗死患者根据治疗方法分为两组,对照组32例应用阿司匹林治疗,观察组36例在对照组基础上加入美托洛尔,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.44%明显高于对照组的71.88%(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组左心室射血分数明显高于对照组,血浆B型脑钠肽、左心室舒张末期容积指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合阿司匹林对急性心肌梗死的治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者心功能,用药安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the value of metoprolol combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:68 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment,32 patients in the control group were treated with aspirin,and 36 patients in the observation group were added with metoprolol on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,significantly higher than that in the control group (71.88%)( P <0.05),and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment.Plasma b-type brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular end-diastolic volume index were significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significantly different ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with aspirin has significant therapeutic effect on acute myocardial infarction,it can effectively improve cardiac function of patients,and has high safety of medication.
